"I had no rock bottom moment, just tired of the moderation game when it came to alcohol.
I joined one AA meeting via Zoom, it felt too structured, cold and formal for me. I knew there had to be more resources out there and thankfully found Suzanne’s podcasts.

Listening to all her podcasts while walking, it was so comforting to know I was not alone, other mothers were struggling with alcohol and the internal shame it creates.

The SML café provides additional support with weekly Zoom calls and a platform for texting/chatting on.

I love that there is no pressure to share or even show yourself on camera so I can listen while driving etc. This is such an AWESOME group of ladies, who can and want me to succeed in my sober journey.

Now 7 months into my sobriety, I have taken my networking to the next level and reached out to local Minnesota mom’s that I found via SBL and have organized monthly coffee dates.

The power of connection is priceless and I have Suzanne to thank for this!"
