Welcome to My Kind of Sweet, LLC as The Sober Mom Life Cafe (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines we may introduce. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• Account Creation: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content or materials without our prior written consent.

You may have the opportunity to post, submit, or otherwise make available content through our Services (“User Content”). By making User Content available, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and perform the User Content in connection with our Services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Disclaimers: Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee sobriety. We do not hold any responsibility for the outcome of successful and/or sustained sobriety. We do not provide therapy of any kind. We offer Peer Support and are not held liable for the actions of hosts or members, inside or outside of The Sober Mom Life Café.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our Services, (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein, (iii) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted to or through our Services, (iv) any errors or omissions in any content, and (v) any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services.

9. Medical Disclaimer

By entering The Sober Mom Life Cafe, you are agreeing to use our Services at your own risk.  There is no guarantee that using our Services will result in a successful and/or sustained sobriety. Contact and meeting with meeting hosts, staff members and/or Suzanne Warye does not guarantee successful and/or sustained sobriety.

Any opinions, advice, statements, or other information expressed or made available by users or third parties are the responsibility of those respective users or other third parties and not of the Company.

​The Company does not provide medical advice.  The hosts and staff of The Sober Mom Life Cafe are not licensed medical professionals. We are not liable for medical advice. Services may contain articles on medical topics, sobriety information, we make no warranty whatsoever that any of the articles are accurate. Meetings are Peer Support meetings, and should not be considered medical advice or therapy.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Kind of Sweet, LLC its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes related to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.
