Welcome to My Kind of Sweet, LLC known as The Sober Mom Life Cafe (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing, joining, or participating in The Sober Mom Life Café (the “Café”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not access, join, or participate.
The Café provides community support, education, shared experiences, peer discussions, and general wellness content related to alcohol free living. The Café does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, or professional services.
All content and discussions within the Café are for informational and educational purposes only.
My Kind of Sweet, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, moderators, and representatives do not provide medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or counseling.
Nothing in the Café should be interpreted as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare provider.
The Café is not designed for crisis intervention or emergency support.

Your participation in the Café is voluntary and you are solely responsible for your choices, actions, and outcomes. My Kind of Sweet, LLC is not responsible for decisions you make based on content, discussions, coaching, peer support, or advice shared by any member or representative.
My Kind of Sweet, LLC does not guarantee any particular outcome, result, or transformation related to sobriety, wellness, lifestyle, relationships, or any other area of your life.
You understand that discussions around alcohol, sobriety, mental health, relationships, parenting, and related topics may be triggering or emotionally challenging.
You assume all risks associated with your participation in the Café.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless My Kind of Sweet, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, injuries, or causes of action arising from or related to your participation in the Café.
You agree to engage respectfully. You may not harass, harm, abuse, bully, or intimidate other members.
You may not share false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful information.
My Kind of Sweet, LLC may remove any member at its sole discretion.
Members are encouraged to keep group discussions private.
My Kind of Sweet, LLC cannot guarantee confidentiality. Anything shared in the Café should be considered public to other members.
You are responsible for the information you choose to share.
All content provided by My Kind of Sweet, LLC is the property of My Kind of Sweet, LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or repurpose content without written permission.
Membership fees are billed according to the plan you selected.
Access ends when your membership ends.
Fees are non refundable except where required by law.
Admin retains the ability to remove any member, at any time.
The Café may operate on platforms such as Mighty Networks or Facebook.
My Kind of Sweet, LLC is not responsible for outages, failures, data loss, or issues on third party platforms.
My Kind of Sweet, LLC may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
