Here today by popular demand, it’s Mallory Ervin! Mallory is such a bright light – this is an episode you are not going to want to miss. In addition to her well known turns in the Miss America pageant and on The Amazing Race, Mallory is the author of the beautifully written books Living Fully and All In. Today, Mallory shares how rehab saved and ultimately changed her life in 2014. She gives her thoughts on AA as someone who has been through the program but who doesn’t attend meetings to maintain her sobriety. Plus, we even touch on how we are each battling our sugar addictions.
Mallory wants you to know: The absence of ‘bad’ is not a qualifier for a good life. Rock bottom is not a requirement for sobriety. If you feel called to make a change, that is all you need!
