This is the first ever interview episode of my Sober Mom Life podcast. I truly enjoyed my conversation with my friend, Katy Rexing regarding all things parenting, partnering, and living as a sober mom.
Her sobriety wasn’t planned. After announcing unexpectedly that she was going to stop drinking in 2020, Katy surprised herself by actually committing to going sober. The results of this choice have left her feeling so much more clear and present in her daily life and her relationships. Or, as she says, feeling how she was designed to feel.
She’s a great reminder for me to be present, to take what we need from the moment, to trust, and take chances in life. 💛
